Return Policy
Return Period: Customers have 15 consecutive days after delivery to process a return.
Item Condition: Products returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners/tags intact, and no signs of wear or wash. No stains. Products must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any products sent back to us that do not follow these guidelines.
Store Credit: Refunds are not available. All returns will be processed for store credit.
Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen.
Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.
